The SFMTA provides some customer service through the SFMTA Customer Service Center and some through the San Francisco 311 Customer Service Center. Web pages throughout this site will direct you to one or the other for particular SFMTA-related services. Some services are also listed below.

About the SFMTA Customer Service Center

11 South Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco (near Market).

Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Near Van Ness Muni Metro Station (all Metro lines) and F, 6, 7, 14, 14L, 26, 47, 49, 71, and 71L lines

- Pay parking citations
- Attend tow and citation hearings
- Obtain parking permits
- Buy parking meter cards
- Buy Muni maps
- Buy Muni passes, Passports, token coupon booklets, and disabled stickers
- Lifeline passes are sold to eligible customers. Eligibility for Lifeline Passes is obtained through the SF Human Services Agency .
