Outbound: Laguna Honda, Woodside, Portola, Fowler, Teresita, Reposa, Myra, loop at Dalewood, Myra, Reposa, Teresita, Foerster, Monterey, Diamond, Chenery, 30th, Mission, Cesar Chavez, Valencia to terminal (St. Luke's Hospital/CPMC).

Evening Service (after 9pm): service on Myra Way by request only.
