Lost your bike on Muni? If it was less than 4 hours ago, please call the San Francisco 3-1-1 Customer Service Center. Otherwise, please call the San Francisco 3-1-1 Customer Service Center or use the self-service form.

New! To report a missing or broken bike rack, contact the DPT Bicycle Hotline at (415) 585- BIKE or bicycle@sfgov.org. Please note the specific bus number and bus route (for example, bus #9214, 14 Mission). The bus number can be found on the bus, as shown.
