1. Call to Order / Roll Call
Chairman Murphy called the meeting to order at 2:37 p.m.

SFMTA CAC members present at Roll Call: Joan Downey, Emily Drennen, Steve Ferrario, Griffith Humphrey (departed at 4:05 p.m.), Daniel Murphy, Norman Rolfe, Dorris Vincent and Ruth Wheeler.

SFMTA CAC members present, but absent at Roll Call: Greg Riessen arrived at 4:45 p.m.

SFMTA CAC absent: Mary Burns, Art Cimento, Cesar Perez, Daniel Weaver and Jamison Wieser.

2. Public Comment concerning any issue within the jurisdiction of the Council and not noted on the agenda: none

3. SFgo Site Tour (Discussion/Action) Cheryl Liu

Cheryl Liu, gave an overview of SFgo operations.

4. Adjournment: 4:07 p.m.
