The City Operations and Neighborhood Services Committee of the Board of Supervisors will consider the following parking and traffic items at its regularly-scheduled meeting as follows:

STOP SIGNS – ESTABLISH
Castenada and Magellan Avenues, making this T-intersection an All-Way STOP;
Stillings, Detroit and Vista Verde, stopping Detroit Street and Vista Verde Court, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP;
19th Street and Caselli Avenue, stopping 19th Street, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP;
Hermann and Webster Streets, stopping Hermann Street, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
21st and Florida Streets, stopping 21st Street, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
Chestnut and Avila Street, stopping Avila Street; and,
Mallorca and Chestnut Street, stopping Mallorca Street.

UNMETERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING - ESTABLISH
2971 21st Street, south side, between the driveways for #2965 - and #2971- 21st Street (establishes three motorcycle parking spaces); and,

Octavia Boulevard, east side, from Linden Street to 14 feet northerly (accommodating 4 motorcycle parking spaces)

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "X" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Pennsylvania Avenue, west side, from 20th Street to 127 feet north of 22nd Street (500 and 600 blocks up and including address #672) (legislating existing conditions)

THIRD STREET BETWEEN KIRKWOOD AND SHAFTER STREETS – SPEED LIMIT
Ordinance amending Section 175.29 of the Traffic Code to lower the speed limit on from 30 to 25 miles per hour, and establishing a 30 mile per hour speed limit on Third Street between Jamestown Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard.

COMMERCIAL BUSES - REMOVE RESTRICTIONS
Ordinance amending the San Francisco Police Code by repealing sections 1183.6 and 1183.7 to remove restrictions on operating commercial buses on Panorama Drive, between Clarendon Avenue and Twin Peaks Boulevard and on Olympia Way, between Clarendon Avenue and Panorama Drive.
