The Land Use and Economic Development Committee of the Board of Supervisors will consider the following parking and traffic items at its regularly-scheduled meeting as follows:

Date/Time: Monday, December 10, 2007 at 1:00 p.m.
Location: Room 263, City Hall, San Francisco
(Located on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

STOP SIGNS - RESCIND
Vallejo Street at Baker Street, stopping eastbound and westbound Vallejo Street at Baker Street.

UNMETERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING - ESTABLISH
27th Avenue, west side, from driveway of 671 27th Avenue to 5.5 feet northerly.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "J" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM TO 5 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Belgrave Avenue, both sides, from west of Stanyan Street to the eastern terminus.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "I" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 8 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - ESTABLISH
Hill Street, both sides, between Guerrero and Valencia Streets (Unit block).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "N" - ESTABLISH
Fulton Street, north side, between 14th and 15th Avenues (3800 block).
Note: No signs will be posted on the block, but residents will be eligible for permits.

PARKING METERS, AREA NO. 3 (30-MINUTE AND 1-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMITS, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - RESCIND
La Playa Street, east side, between Balboa and Cabrillo Streets (700 block).

VANPOOL PARKING ONLY, 6 AM TO 9 AM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - RESCIND
Van Ness Avenue, east side, between McAllister Street and Grove Street.

5th Street, west side, from Harrison Street to 120 feet southerly.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "Z" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Church Street, both sides, between 23rd and 24th Streets (1100 block).

COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY – ESTABLISH
1608 Treat Avenue, west side, from 5 feet to 12.5 feet north of the north property line of 1651 Treat Avenue (creates one compact car parking box measuring 7.5 feet wide by 13 feet long).

TOW-AWAY, NO PARKING, MIDNIGHT TO 10 A.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - ESTABLISH
15th Street, north side, between Florida and Bryant Streets.

PARKING METERS AREA 2, (2-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - ESTABLISH
Townsend Street, south side, between 7th and 8th Streets, on portions where parking is not prohibited.

Masonic Avenue, east side, north of Turk Street (200 block).

NO LEFT TURN - ESTABLISH
Ocean Avenue, eastbound at Howth Street.

NO LEFT TURN AFTER BALLPARK EVENTS - ESTABLISH
Armstrong Avenue, westbound, at 3rd Street, (after events at Monster Park).

STOP SIGNS – ESTABLISH
Wayland Street at Girard Street, stopping Wayland Street, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
18th Street and San Carlos Street, stopping San Carlos Street;
Byxbee and Shields Streets, stopping Shields Street, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
Ralston and Shields Streets, stopping Shields Street, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
Delano and Santa Ynez Avenues, stopping Delano Avenue, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
Delano and San Juan Avenues, stopping Delano Avenue, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
Ostego and Santa Ynez Avenues, stopping Santa Ynez Avenue, making this intersection an All-Way STOP;
Marview Way and Palo Alto Avenue, stopping westbound Palo Alto Avenue;
Annapolis Terrace at Turk Boulevard;
Roselyn Terrace at Turk Boulevard;
Kittredge Terrace at Turk Boulevard; and,
Temescal Terrace at Turk Boulevard.
