Lincoln Way, south side, from 45th Avenue to 40 feet westerly.

PARKING METER AREA 3 (1-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) – RESCIND
PARKING METER AREA 3 (2-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) – ESTABLISH
Clement Street, on metered blocks and adjacent north-south metered streets, between Arguello Boulevard and 25th Avenue (changes existing one-hour meters to two-hour time limit)

Polk Street, both sides, between Pacific Avenue and Jackson Street (1900 block) (changes existing one-hour meters to two-hour time limit)

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "Y" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, EVERYDAY) - ESTABLISH
Clementina Street, both sides, between 1st and 2nd Streets (unit block, includes addresses on both sides for permits, but signs will only be installed on the south side); and,

246 Second Street (no signs will be installed on 2nd Street, but residents will be eligible for Area "Y" permits).
