The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, November 14, 2008, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA 94102, to consider the following proposals:

Red Zone - Establish
Silver Avenue at Scotia Street, south side, between the driveways of 1836 and 1842 Silver Avenue (a 15-foot space).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "J" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) – ESTABLISH
8th Avenue, both sides, between Lincoln Way and Irving Street (1200 Block).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "Z" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) – ESTABLISH
San Jose Avenue, both sides, between 29th and 30th Streets (700 Block).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "L" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) – ESTABLISH
Blake Street, both sides, between Geary Boulevard and Euclid Avenue (1-99 block).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "R" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) – ESTABLISH
Buchanan Street, west side, 700 Block, between Ivy and Hayes Streets.

The following items are related to a proposal to change the one-way direction of Dore Street between Folsom and Howard Sheets.

ONE-WAY (NORTHBOUND) TRAFFIC DESIGNATION – ESTABLISH
Dore Street, between Folsom and Howard Streets (changes direction of one-way street).

TOW-AWAY, NO PARKING ANYTIME – RESCIND
Dore Street, east side, between Folsom and Howard Streets.

TOW-AWAY, NO PARKING ANYTIME – ESTABLISH
Dore Street, west side, between Folsom and Howard Streets.

STOP SIGN – ESTABLISH
Dore Street, northbound, at Howard Street.

BLUE ZONE – RESCIND
Dore Street, west side, from 16 to 36 feet south of Howard Street (20-foot zone).

BLUE ZONE – ESTABLISH
Dore Street, east side, from Folsom Street to 25 feet northerly (25-foot zone)
