Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3475 adopted March 20, 2008, the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

Date/Time: Friday, April 4, 2008, at 10:00 am
Location: Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, San Francisco
(located on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)

STOP SIGNS - ESTABLISH
33rd Avenue at Escolta Way and Wawona Street, the stem of this T-intersection, making this intersection an All Way STOP;
Beulah Street at Cole Street, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection;
Carl Street at Clayton Street, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection; and,
Vicksburg Street at 25th Street, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection.

SPEED HUMPS - INSTALL
Richland Avenue, between Murray and Leese Streets; and,
Richland Avenue, between Andover Street and Murray Street.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "W" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Florida Street, both sides, between 23rd and 24th Streets (1100 block)

ONE-WAY STREET - ESTABLISH
Ney Street, westbound, between Trumbull and Congdon Streets.

NO TURN ON RED - ESTABLISH
24th Street, eastbound, at Dolores Street (due to sight distance restriction).

TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING ANYTIME, 7 AM TO 9 AM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - ESTABLISH
Laguna Street, east and west sides, from Haight Street to 20 feet southerly (loss of two parking spaces during AM peak. In conjunction with a reroute of the 71L inbound bus during the morning rush hour)

Opinions on these proposed changes may be filed in writing prior to the hearing with the City Traffic Engineer at the Traffic Engineering Division, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103-5417. Written opinions may also be transmitted to the Traffic Engineering Division via fax at 701-4737. Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.
