The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, June 19, 2009, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA 94102, to consider the following proposals:

TOW-AWAY NO PARKING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH

20th Avenue, east side, from approximately 252 feet to 280 feet north of Ulloa Street (between the driveways of 2450 - 20th Avenue and 2460 - 20th Avenue).

MEDIAN ISLANDS - CONSTRUCT

20th Avenue, between Taraval Street and Ulloa Street.

10-MINUTE GREEN ZONE, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY - RESCIND

Hyde Street, west side, from Pacific Avenue to 20 feet northerly.

TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH

Hyde Street, west side, from Pacific Avenue to 20 feet northerly.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "X" (4-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 4 PM, MONDAY THORUGH FRIDAY) - Establish

Minnesota Street, east side, between 18th and 19th Streets (frontage of 601 Minnesota Street).

STOP SIGNS - ESTABLISH

Guttenberg Street at Hanover Street, making this intersection all-way STOP controlled;

Anza Street at 12th Avenue, making this intersection all-way STOP controlled.

45-DEGREE ANGLE PARKING - establish

Balboa Street, south side, between 34th and 35th Avenues;

Balboa Street, south side, between 38th and 39th Avenues.

SIDEWALK BULB-OUT - CONSTRUCT

Balboa Street, north side, from 34th Avenue to 30 feet westerly (6-foot wide

bulb-out);

Balboa Street, north side, from 39th Avenue to 29 feet easterly (6-foot wide bulb-out);

Balboa Street, south side, from 34th Avenue to 50 feet westerly (bus bulb replaces existing pole stop; 16-foot wide sidewalk bulb-out);

Balboa Street, south side, from 39th Avenue to 20 feet easterly (16-foot wide sidewalk bulb-out);

Balboa Street, north side, from 37th Avenue to 50 feet easterly (bus bulb replaces existing pole stop; 16-foot wide sidewalk bulb-out).

TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH

Balboa Street, south side, from 34th Avenue to 50 feet westerly (bus bulb replaces existing pole stop);

Balboa Street, south side, from 39th Avenue to 20 feet easterly; and

Balboa Street, north side, from 37th Avenue to 50 feet easterly (bus bulb replaces existing pole stop).

TRAFFIC SIGNAL - ESTABLISH

Folsom Street intersection, at Russ Street.

SIDEWALK BULB-OUT - CONSTRUCT

Folsom Street, northeast and northwest corners, at Russ Street (6-foot wide bulbs into Folsom Street);

Folsom Street, south side, at Russ Street (7-foot wide bulb between the property line extensions of Russ Street).

RIGHT TURN ONLY - establish

London Street, southbound, at Geneva Avenue.

RED ZONE - ESTABLISH

Newcomb Avenue, north side, from Phelps Street to 27 feet easterly;

Newcomb Avenue, south side, from Phelps Street to 23 feet easterly;

Newcomb Avenue, north side, from Newhall Street to 34 feet westerly; and

Newcomb Avenue, south side, from Newhall Street to 31 feet westerly.

RAISED CROSSWALK - ESTABLISH

Newcomb Avenue, east crosswalk at Phelps Street;

Newcomb Avenue, west crosswalk at Newhall Street.
