The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, September 19, 2008, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA  94102, to consider the following proposals:

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8:00 AM TO 9:30 AM AND 4:00 PM TO 5:30 PM, SCHOOL DAYS - ESTABLISH   

28th Avenue, east side, from 216 feet north of Fulton Street to 265 feet north of Fulton Street (49 foot zone). 

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM AND 4:00 PM TO 6:00 PM, SCHOOL DAYS - ESTABLISH          

1501 Grove Street, south side, from 0 feet to 100 feet west of Baker Street (100-foot long zone).

PASSENGER LOADING (WHITE) ZONE (AT ALL TIMES) – ESTABLISH

Geneva Avenue, north side, from 165 feet east of San Jose Avenue to Delano Avenue.

Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime – ESTABLISH

            Alabama Street, west side, between Ripley and Waltham Streets.

Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime – ESTABLISH

            Esmeralda Avenue, south side, between Bradford and Waltham Streets.

NO PARKING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH

Funston Avenue, west side, from Balboa Street to approximately 32-feet northerly (to accommodate new pedestrian island).

NO PARKING ANYTIME – ESTABLISH

Dublin Street, 200 block on the dead-end terminus, between the driveways for 263 and 260 Dublin Street.

STOP SIGNS - ESTABLISH

            Donner Avenue, at Bayshore Boulevard, stopping Donner Avenue.

RED ZONE – ESTABLISH

Holloway Avenue, north side, from crosswalk at Cardenas Avenue to 20 feet westerly.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "O" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) – ESTABLISH

            20th Avenue, west side, between Vicente and Wawona Streets (2600 block).

SPEED HUMPS – ESTABLISH

            Santa Ana Avenue, between San Anselmo Avenue and Monterey Boulevard.

TRAFFIC SIGNALS – ESTABLISH

Phelan Avenue at Lee Avenue (new roadway extension near Riordan HS); and
Phelan Avenue at Cloud Circle (southerly intersection).

PERPENDICULAR (90-DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - ESTABLISH

            Newcomb Avenue, south side, from Newhall Street to 122 feet westerly;
            Newcomb Avenue, south side, from Phelps Street to 215 feet easterly.

PERPENDICULAR (90-DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - REVOKE

            Newcomb Avenue, north side, from Newhall Street to 123 feet westerly;
            Newcomb Avenue, north side, from Phelps Street to 218 feet easterly.

RED ZONES – ESTABLISH

Newcomb Avenue, north side, from 123 feet to 135 feet westerly from Newhall Street;
Newcomb Avenue, north side, from 371 feet to 382 feet westerly from Newhall Street;
Newcomb Avenue, south side, from 215 feet to 237 feet easterly from Phelps Street;
Newcomb Avenue, south side, from 467 feet to 479 feet easterly from Phelps Street.
