The Committee to adopt the Minutes.
Members of the public may address ISCOTT members on matters that are within ISCOTT’s purview and are not on today’s agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
1. Silver and Barneveld Avenues - Red Zone
DPT recommends establishing a red zone on Silver Avenue, north side, from Barneveld Avenue to 12 feet easterly (12-foot zone).
2. Quintara Street and 17th Avenue – Red Zone
DPT recommends the following visibility red zones:
A. Quintara Street, south side, from 17th Avenue to 12 feet westerly; and
B. Quintara Street, north side, from 17th Avenue to 12 feet easterly.

3. Eucalyptus Drive at Junipero Serra Boulevard (west) - No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a “No Parking Red Zone” on Eucalyptus Drive, south side, from the Junipero Serra Boulevard Service Road (west) to 33 feet westerly.
4. Castaneda and Magellan Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends stopping Castenada and Magellan Avenues making this T‑intersection an All-Way STOP.
5. Stillings Street, Detroit Street and Vista Verde Court- STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Detroit Street and Vista Verde Court at Stillings Street, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP.
6. 19th Street and Caselli Avenue – STOP signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping 19th Street at Caselli Avenue, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP.

2. Columbus Avenue at Jack Kerouac Alley - Red Zone and Green Zone
A. Pursuant to Section 33.1 of the Traffic Code and while permanent legislation is adopted, DPT recommends establishing a 32-foot red zone on Columbus Avenue, west side, at the Jack Kerouac Alleyway intersection; and
B. Convert the existing meter #219 to a 15-minute green meter.
3. Vicente Street and Portola Drive - Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a "Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime" on Vicente Street, south side, from Portola Drive to 49 feet westerly.
4. Market and Franklin Streets - No U-Turn
DPT recommends establishing a "No U Turn" regulation on eastbound Market Street at Franklin Street.
5. Beacon Street, between Diamond and Miguel Streets - Speed Humps
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to install a speed hump on Beacon Street approximately 50 feet south of 383 Beacon Street, within the existing traffic chicane.

6. Various – Traffic Calming Measures*
SFMTA Planning recommends public hearings to install traffic calming measures (Speed Humps, Speed Cushions, Speed Humps with Median Island and Speed Cushions with Median Island) on the following blocks per the approved Traffic Calming Plans for the Inner Sunset, Excelsior, Bayview, 18th Avenue and Teresita Boulevard:
I. Speed Humps:
A. 6th Avenue between Irving and Judah Streets;
B. 6th Avenue between Judah and Kirkham Streets;
C. Oakdale Avenue between Ingalls Street and Baldwin Court;
D. Oakdale Avenue between Baldwin Court and Griffith Street;
E. Madrid Street between Persia and Russia Avenues;
F. Madrid Street between Avalon and Peru Avenues;
G. Athens Street between France and Italy Avenues;
H. 17th Avenue between Irving and Judah Streets;
I. 18th Avenue between Irving and Judah Streets; and
J. Lisbon Street between Avalon and Peru Avenues.
II. Speed Cushions
A. Teresita Boulevard between Isola and Resposa Ways;
B. Teresita Boulevard between Sequoia and Gaviota Ways;
C. Moscow Street between Excelsior and Brazil Avenues;
D. Moscow Street between Russia and France Avenues; and
E. Moscow Street between France and Italy Avenues.
III. Speed Humps with Median Island:
A. Underwood Avenue between Lane and Keith Streets; and
B. Quesada Avenue between Lane and Keith Streets.
IV. Speed Cushions with Median Island:
A. Revere Avenue between Lane and Keith Streets; and
B. Van Dyke Avenue between Lane and Keith Streets.
7. Craut Street between Silver Avenue and Trumbull Street – One-Way Street
The SFMTA recommends a public hearing to:
A. Convert Craut Street from a two-way to a one-way street northbound;
B. Rescind the 3-way STOP at the intersection of Crout Street and Silver Avenue; and
C. Establish a 3-way STOP at the intersection of Lisbon Street and Silver Avenue, making this T-intersection an All-Way STOP.
