SFMTA recommends installation of STOP signs facing Montgomery and Union Streets, making this uncontrolled intersection an all-way STOP.

2. 301 - 14th Avenue (along 14th Avenue and Clement Street frontages) - Pipe‑Barrier Permit
DPW presents a request to install bollards along the west side of 14th Avenue (between Clement Street and Geary Boulevard) and on the south side of Clement Street (between 14th and 15th Avenues).
3. Mission Street, north side, from 261 feet to 371 feet west of 3rd Street – Sidewalk
The Redevelopment Agency requests ISCOTT review of a 110-foot sidewalk bulb-in on the north side of Mission Street in front of Jessie Square.
4. Waterloo Street – Various
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "No Parking Anytime" and establishing “Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime” on Waterloo Street, south side, between Bayshore Boulevard and Loomis Street;
B. Establishing "Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime" on Waterloo Street, north side, between Bayshore Boulevard and Loomis Street;
C. Installing a STOP sign on Waterloo Street, westbound, at Bayshore Boulevard;
D. Installing a STOP sign on Waterloo Street, eastbound, at Loomis Street; and
E. Installing a STOP sign on Marengo Street, northbound at Waterloo Street.
