Public Comment Members of the public may address the Governance Committee on matters that are within the Committee's jurisdiction and are not on today's calendar. 5. Discussion regarding the SFMTA/Parking Authority governance and structure for the Parking Authority; review of draft MOU; and possible action to recommend approval of an MOU with the SFMTA regarding parking management. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the SFMTA Board performance evaluation, policies, procedures and structure.
