CONSENT CALENDAR

10.  All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors and will be acted upon by a single vote.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Board of Directors or the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

(10.1) Requesting the Controller to allot funds and to draw warrants against such funds available or will be available in payment of the following claims against the SFMTA:

(10.3) Authorizing the Director to execute Contract No. 1231R, Woods Lifts Replacement, with Peterson Hydraulics in an amount not to exceed $3,780,794 and for a term not to exceed 18 months. (Explanatory documents include a staff report, resolution and financial plan.)

(10.4) Authorizing the Director to issue a Request for Proposals for Contract No. SFMTA-2013-09, Procurement of Parking Meters and Paystations, and to negotiate a contract with the highest-ranked proposer for a term of five years, with an option to extend the contract for up to two additional years.  (Explanatory documents include a staff report, resolution and RFP.)

(10.5) Amending Transportation Code, Division II, Article 300 (Fines and Fees) Section 316 to establish a fee to reimburse the SFMTA for costs incurred for posting temporary no-parking signs for Special Events, Film Production, and Residential or Commercial Moves. (Explanatory documents include a staff report, resolution and amendment.)

(10.6) Amending Transportation Code, Division II, by adding Section 912 to authorize the SFMTA to issue and regulate Vehicle Press Permits, and amending Section 902 to set the Vehicle Press Permit fee. (Explanatory documents include a staff report, resolution and amendment.)
