About the Paratransit Coordinating Council (PCC)Muni works closely with a consumer advisory group called the Paratransit Coordinating Council (PCC), in planning and monitoring door-to-door van and taxi services. The PCC is a 38-member committee comprised of van and taxi consumers, representatives of agencies serving seniors and individuals with disabilities, transportation providers, and government entity representatives. The PCC meets every 1 or 2 months. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and participate in PCC meetings.
