Skip to meeting schedule and materials About the Taxi Town Hall meetingsThe San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) periodically schedules “Taxi Town Hall” meetings in order to provide an open forum to discuss matters that affect the San Francisco taxi industry. These are informal meetings, in which members of the taxi industry and members of the public are invited to attend to express their ideas and opinions about issues that are important to you relating to taxis in San Francisco. 2nd Floor Atrium, One South Van Ness Avenue South Van Ness Avenue and Market Street, at the Van Ness Muni Metro subway station; Muni 6, 9, 9L, 14, 14L, 47, 49, 71, 71L bus routes and the F Line. Additional dates will be posted as they are scheduled. How to provide feedbackYou may submit comments on any regulation or proposal, or send us your questions about this process, in many different ways:
If you can’t make it to a meeting on any topic that interests you, you may download the background materials for each topic - once posted - by following links below under meeting agendas. Please try to be as specific as possible when providing comments and suggestions. Which section(s) and subsection(s) of proposed regulations would you like to change? How should the language be changed? What is the problem that the regulation or proposal is creating, or what is the problem that the regulation or proposal does not solve? The more specific you can be, the easier it will be for the SFMTA to consider your suggestions and ideas.
