There are no service changes planned for Halloween. There will be no Halloween celebration in the Castro in 2009. Alternative Halloween celebrations are available throughout the Bay Area.

San Francisco Police Officers will monitor pedestrian and automobile traffic for any necessary public safety street or station closures. The F Line and the 24 and 33 routes will run as diesel buses in case street closures necessitate reroutes.

Last Train Schedule

Muni customers connecting to BART or Caltrain should note the following times for last trains after midnight.

  • BART to East Bay: Departs Civic Center Station at 12:21 a.m.,if BART returns to its regular schedule; otherwise it is the last train serving all stations.
  • BART to SFO: Departs Civic Center Station at 1:06 a.m.,if BART returns to its regular schedule; otherwise it is the last train serving all stations.
  • Caltrain to San Jose: Departs 4th and King at 12:01 a.m.

For service after these times, 511.org has an All Nighter service page for service to the East Bay and the peninsula.

The last bus to Marin/Sonoma leaves the Transbay Terminal at 11:46 p.m.
