All-Nighter Service
All-Nighter Service is the regional name for overnight service in the San Francisco Bay Area. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) has historically called Muni's All-Nighter Service "Owl" service, so you might see either name to refer to the same service.
The 511 website maintains a page concerning this service:

Due to the sparse schedules in the late-night hours, the SFMTA recommends you use the 511 Trip Planner or call the San Francisco 311 Customer Service Center to plan trips at these hours.
