Lines: 44 44-O’Shaughnessy Customers MUNI is taking public comments on a proposal to extend Line 44-O’Shaughnessy from its present terminal on Evans at Keith (U.S. Post Office) to Evans at 3rd Street (Bayview Plaza). • This proposed extension is intended to improve connections between the Bayview Plaza and the Hunter’s Point/India Basin neighborhood. • The terminal would be relocated from Evans at Keith to Evans at 3rd St, next to the Bayview Plaza. • The bus would no longer travel on Mendell, Fairfax, and Keith, and the stops would be discontinued. • This extension would also give customers residing in the Hunter’s Point Area two ways to get to 3rd Street.
