Chinese 中文 The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is proposing to reduce the adult fare transfer discount for WETA customers transferring to Muni from $2.00 to $0.50 per trip. This discount is consistent to that provided to BART, and Golden Gate Ferry and Transit customers. WETA will also be considering a similar reduction on their portion of the discount reducing the total from $4.00 per round trip to $1.00. This discount is available to adult full fare cash customers only. The agencies are also proposing this discount be available on Clipper® only effective October 1, 2012. The SFMTA has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at 1 p.m., San Francisco City Hall, Room 400, to discuss this change.
