- Would be consolidated with 6–Parnassus, which would be rerouted to cover the full 7-line from Haight St. to Stanyan St.
- Service on Haight St. would continue to be provided by the 6- and 71L- lines with a combined frequency of 5 min daytime and 10 min evening
