- Segment on Geary Blvd / Point Lobos would be discontinued
- Would use more direct route between the Zoo and Stonestown via Sloat Blvd., Sunset Blvd., Lake Merced Blvd. and Winston Dr.
- Service along Skyline Blvd. and John Muir Dr. would be replaced by the 17-line
- Service along Lake Merced Blvd. between John Muir Dr. and Font Blvd. would be discontinued
