About the Environmental ReviewThe TEP would restructure routes, change service levels and make roadway and bus stop changes to improve transit speed and reliability. To provide comment on the scope of the environmental analysis, attend a scoping meeting or submit comments November 10 through December 9 to: TEP, Planning Dept., 1650 Mission St., Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94103.
