This image is called "Bayshore Boulevard Streetscape." It shows a row
of trees, the "Brisbane Box", providing a dramatic corridor for a passing
streetcar.
This image is called "Bayview Station Area." It shows a pedestrian-friendly
section, with chairs, wide sidewalks, trees, and attractive street lights.
This image is called "Enhancing a Great Street" This is a "bird's
eye" view of the corridor with colored trackway paving that will mark the
light rail track area in the middle of the street.
This image is called "The Train Approaches." It provides a preview of
a prototypical station in the Third Street Light Rail system. Glass and metal
canopies cover the station platform. Seating, lighting and informational signage
are located under each canopy. A tall vertical "marquee" attached to
each canopy will serve as a distinctive marker for each station.
