The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) which operates Muni will be hosting a community meeting to present and discuss options for improving transit and pedestrian flow by converting a segment of Haight Street between Octavia and Gough to a two-way street.

Map showing the routes of the 6 and 71 buses and the project area. The project would modify the 6, 71 and 71L bus routes between Laguna and Market Street. Inbound buses currently turn right on Laguna then left on Market, or left on Laguna then right on Page Street. The project would allow inbound buses to continue straight on Haight Street all the way to Market Street.
