The Parking and Traffic Division is the lead agency in processing and coordinating any requests for a temporary street closure due to a special event. Anytime a person or organization would like to close a San Francisco City street(s) for a neighborhood block party, street fair, athletic event, etc., they must formally apply to the Interdepartmental Staff Committee on Traffic and Transportation (ISCOTT) through the offices of the Parking and Traffic Division. This web page provides a copy of the Temporary Street Closure Application Packet.
