New or Changed Traffic Control Devices

To request new signals, signs or pavement markings, or to request a change or modification to an existing signal, sign or pavement marking, contact Traffic online using the 311 Self Service portal

Maintenance or Repairs to Existing Traffic Control Devices

To report faded pavement lines and curb markings

To report traffic or parking public property signs needing repairs or cleaning

To submit parking meter questions and repair requests

To report traffic signal needing maintenance or repairs call 311 or 415.701.2736 (24 Hours a Day)

If you see any street maintenance issue and do not have access to a computer, you can always call 311 to report the problem 24 hours a day.
