Notice:  Preliminary Qualification for Medallion Applications

Per San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) Transportation Code, Division II, Section 1117(d), the following shall serve as notice to invite members of the public to assist the SFMTA in its investigation of the applicant by supplying information relevant to whether the applicant meets the requirements for becoming a Medallion Holder.
