The following shall serve as notice to invite members of the public to assist the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) in its investigation of the applicant, by supplying information relevant to whether the applicant meets the requirements for becoming a Medallion Holder. This notice is given per SFMTA Transportation Code, Division II, Section 1117(d),
