An Engineering Public Hearing for the first phase of improvements on Upper Market Street will occur on May 22, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 416 of City Hall.  This public hearing will give the final approval needed to implement some short-term safety improvements including high visibility crosswalks, painted safety zones, and various restrictions on turning right on red.

The purpose of traffic engineering hearings is for residents to express their concerns regarding the proposed changes on their streets.
