Public Hearing Notice: SFMTA Board of Directors Meeting, March 19, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the SFMTA Board of Directors intends to hold a public hearing on the following item and on other matters on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, beginning at 1:00pm. Additional information may be found on the meeting webpage. 

• Proposed Legislation: Amending the San Francisco Transportation Code, Division II, Articles 300 and 900 to establish base fees and fines as those in effect March 19, 2024; automatically increase designated fees and fines annually based on an index calculated using the Bay Area Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers and the San Francisco Controller's Operating Budget Labor Cost Change; consolidate sections authorizing the SFMTA to recover costs for various services based on a time and materials basis and repealing specific time and materials cost recovery sections; deleting obsolete provisions, and making technical corrections.
