Van Ness Avenue Construction Forecast: July 16 - July 27, 2018

The following Van Ness Improvement Project construction forecast is subject to change. For more project details, please visit sfmta.com/vanness.

The night shift for construction is scheduled between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. During this time, neighbors are advised to anticipate construction-related noise and vibrations as crews work diligently to complete necessary night work.

Tentative Schedule:

Lombard to Greenwich: Monday through Wednesday, July 16 through July 18, crews are scheduled to work on permitted sidewalk tree stump removal. Monday through Friday, July 23 through July 27, crews are scheduled to work on sewer main installation.

Night work is scheduled Monday through Friday, July 16 through July 20, and Monday through Friday, July 23 through July 27, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., when crews are scheduled to work on sewer main installation. Disruptive noise is expected. Also on Tuesday through Thursday, July 17 through July 19, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., crews are scheduled to pothole to confirm underground utilities for upcoming sewer work.

Greenwich to Filbert: Monday through Wednesday, July 16 through July 18, crews are scheduled to complete permitted sidewalk tree stump removal.

Night work is scheduled Monday through Thursday, July 16 through July 19, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., when crews are scheduled to pothole to confirm underground utilities for upcoming sewer work.

Filbert to Union: Monday through Friday, July 16 through July 20, crews are scheduled to work on water main installation and permitted sidewalk tree stump removal.

Night work is scheduled Monday through Thursday, July 16 through 19, and Monday and Tuesday, July 23 and July 24, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., when crews are scheduled to pothole to confirm underground utilities for upcoming sewer work.
