SFMTA Commuter Shuttle Program - CEQA Appeal Hearing

Dear neighbors,

Thank you for your continued interest in the SFMTA’s Commuter Shuttle Program.  As you know, the SFMTA Board of Directors approved the Commuter Shuttle Program on November 17, 2015.  Prior to SFMTA Board approval, the Program underwent environmental review including a comprehensive air quality analysis.  Based on that review, the Planning Department determined that the Program qualifies for a categorical exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  An appeal of the Planning Department's determination was filed with the Board of Supervisors on December 17, 2015.   We wanted to let you know that the Board of Supervisors will be holding a hearing on that appeal on January 26, 2016, at 3:00 p.m or later.  (Please click here for the hearing notice)

Any changes to specific shuttle stops will not be considered until after the Appeal Hearing, and the SFMTA will keep you updated on any proposed changes after January 26th.  Thank you for your interest, and if you have any questions, please contact:
