The agenda for tomorrow’s Board of Directors meeting includes consideration of a new Shared Electric Moped Parking Permit program, street changes for the Potrero Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project, an update on the Van Ness Improvement Project and a presentation on the SF County Transportation Authority’s Transportation Network Company Activity Report.

The SFMTA is currently planning to make 20th Avenue in the Sunset District safer and more comfortable for people walking and biking. Staff will be on hand to introduce the project, and hear your feedback on how to improve safety. Drop in anytime from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to give us your input.

The Safer Taylor Street Project is a critical component of San Francisco's Vision Zero goal to eliminate all traffic deaths by year 2024. This initiative aims to tame streets with higher collision rates. The SFMTA will be collaborating with Taylor Street residents, businesses, and community and advocacy groups to develop a new vision for Taylor Street between Market and Sutter streets that improves safety for all.
