The Balboa Park Community Advisory Committee will discuss BART proposals for passenger drop-off and pick-up facilities as they relate to the Upper Yard Development Project, including various options and impacts, as well as the findings and recommendations from a recent study.

These Friday hearings in front of a city traffic engineer and hearing officer cover traffic and parking changes that stem from public requests or larger agency initiatives.
