Color Curb Public Hearing Notice, October 26, 2018

PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PROPOSED PARKING
& LOADING CHANGES

Pursuant to SFMTA Order No. 5991 adopted October 12, 2018
the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency will hold a public hearing
to solicit public input on the following proposed changes.

The hearing will be held as follows:
Friday, October 26, 2018, at 10:00 am
Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), San Francisco City Hall,
(on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)

ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING,
5PM TO 2AM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
395 Hayes Street, south side, from 18 feet to 38 feet east of Gough Street, 
at metered stall #339. Downtown/Civic Center, D5 (20-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, AT ALL TIMES
1 Jones Street, west side, from 22 feet to 142 feet north of McAllister Street,
replacing metered stalls #3, #5, #7, #9, #11, #15. Downtown/Civic Center, 
D6 (120-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, AT ALL TIMES
626 Mission Bay Boulevard North, north side, from 77 feet to 118 feet west
of 4th Street, replacing metered stalls #608 and #610. South of Market, 
D6 (41-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – YELLOW ZONE, COMMERCIAL LOADING
7AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
845 Howard Street, south side, from the fire hydrant to 44 feet westerly, 
at metered stalls #843 and #847. South of Market, D6 (44-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – METERED YELLOW ZONE,
6-WHEEL COMMERCIAL LOADING, 30-MINUTE LIMIT,
7AM TO 4PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
“1020” Geary Street, north side, from 22 feet to 102 feet northerly, 
at reconfigured metered stalls #1004, #1006 and #1008. 
Downtown/Civic Center, D6 (80-foot zone)

REVOKE – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING ZONE,
7:30AM TO 8:30AM AND 2:30PM TO 6PM, SCHOOL DAYS
"115" Geneva Avenue, north side, from 78 feet to 256 feet and 
from 297 feet to 350 feet east of Howth Street. Outer Mission, D7 (231-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING,
7AM TO 9AM AND 3PM TO 6PM, SCHOOL DAYS
“5” Howth Street, east side, from 34 feet to 114 feet south of Ocean Street.

755 Ocean Avenue, south side, from 128 feet to 198 feet and 
from 210 feet to 328 east of Howth Street. Outer Mission, D7 (188-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, AT ALL TIMES
75 Arkansas Street, east side, from 133 feet to 193 feet north of 17th Street. 
Potrero Hill, D10 (60-foot zone)

ESTABLISH – BLUE ZONE, DISABLED PARKING ONLY, AT ALL TIMES
1397 Palou Avenue, south side, from Keith Street to 25 feet easterly. 
Bayview, D10 (25-foot zone)

Information on the proposed changes may be obtained from the Traffic Engineering Division by

in writing prior to the hearing with the City Traffic Engineer at the Traffic Engineering Division,

Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention 
ofthe City Traffic Engineer for final decision.  The City Traffic Engineer’s decision are considered 
Final SFMTA decisions and are posted on www.sfmta.com/calendar by 5pm on the Friday following 
the public hearing.  Final SFMTA Decisions can be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
