Work Forecast Plan for the Weeks of February 24 to March 6, 2020

Details of Work Performed:	Continuation of sewer main replacement is planned for the weeks of: February 24-28 and March 2-6 betwene 40th and 37th Avenue (northside of Taraval) February 24-28 and March 2-6 between 43rd and 41st Avenue (southside of Taraval) Starting March 4 between 41st and 40th Avenue (southside) Starting March 6 between 46th and 43rd Avenue (southside) Continuation of waterline work is planned for the week of: February 24 between 41st and 40th Avenue (northside) Construction of the Overhead Contact System pole foundation is planned for the week of: February 24-28 between 46th and 45th Avenue (northside) February 24-28 between 43rd and 42nd Avenue (northside) February 24 between 40th and 37th Avenue (northside) March 4-6 between 41st and 40th Avenue (northside) Excavation of small exploratory holes to verify rail joint hole spacing is planned for February 29 between 46th and 45th Avenue in the middle of the intersection at the track turn.
What to Expect:	Excavation requires jackhammering of the pavement. Dust control measures will be in place to prevent dust kick up from the work. Heavy vibrations from the shoring and sheet piling work is expected for open trench work. Water line work is not expected to interrupt or shut off water service.
Location and Time of Work:	Northside of Taraval Street between 46th – 42nd and 41st - 37th Avenue. Southside of Taraval between 46th and 40th Avenue. Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Construction work on Saturday, Feburary 29 from 7:00am to 4:00pm
Traffic Impacts:	Some parking will be temporarily restricted in construction zones and traffic lanes will be modified during active work.
Muni Customer Impacts:	Continuing through February 28, the outbound Muni 18 stop at 46th Avenue will be temporarily relocated from 7:00am until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. During the listed hours, the temporary relocated stop is about 100 feet north before the existing stop. Signs will be posted. Continuing through March 20, the outbound L Taraval stop at Taraval and 40th Avenue will be temporarily relocated to Taraval and 41st Avenue from 7:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The following two-week construction forecast is subject to change due to weather delays or unexpected field conditions.
