Dear Taxi Industry,

The Taxi Customer Service window will be closed from 12:00pm – 3:30pm on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 for staff training.

This is the second in a three part training series, and the window will also be closed on September 15th for the third and final training. We will send notice prior to this date as well.

Reminder: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Taxi Customer Service window is open by appointment only.
