Update sign-ups between Nov. 12 and 18 need to re-subscribe

We had a technical glitch with the SFMTA sign-up alert system between Friday, November 12, and Thursday morning, November 18. Sign-ups made between those two dates did not register on our systems.

If you signed up for alerts to a topic between those dates, we did not get your subscription request and you will need to re-subscribe.

We have no way to know who attempted to sign up, so this is the only notification we can provide. We cannot provide you a reminder of what you may have tried to sign up for.

If you had signed up for other subscriptions prior to that date, you can use the link in emails that we've sent you to verify whether you are signed up for the subscriptions you expect to be signed up for.
