Lombard Street Walking Tour, October 13, 2015

Lombard Street walking tour gives the community an opportunity to meet with project staff to review locations along the corridor where safety treatments (e.g. signal timing upgrades, daylighting, continental crosswalks and sidewalk extensions) are proposed to make this Vision Zero high-injury corridor a safer and more pleasant destination. Please join us and see how these proposals can make Lombard Street safer and better for everyone!

The Tour will start near the Child's Delight shop at the northwest corner of Lombard and Fillmore Streets at 4:30pm and procede with the following itinerary:

  •          Welcome (4:40 pm)  - including handing out map
  •          Staff Introductions
  •          About the proposal and walking tour overview
  •          Questions
  •          Walking tour (5:00 pm to 5:30 pm)
  •          Next steps
  •          Questions/Comments (5:30-6:00 pm)
