The 25 Treasure Island reroute using a new off-ramp and on-ramp from the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island is now permanent. To better provide predictability for residents of Treasure Island, the outbound "terminal" (point at which the buses change from outbound to inbound) is now on Clipper Cove Way at Treasure Island Road.

The 25 operates express within the South of Market area, stopping only at the Salesforce Transit Center.
Inbound to Salesforce Transit Center
From Avenue H & 9th St, continue north on Avenue H to Gateview Ave to Avenue B, right on 9th St, left on Avenue of the Palms to Treasure Island Rd to the Bay Bridge and to the Salesforce Transit Center.
Via Clipper Cove, left on Seven Seas (formerly Avenue C), right on 9th Street, right on Avenue M, right on 4th Street, right on Avenue H to Gateview Ave., left on Avenue B, left on 9th Street, right on Seven Seas, right on Trade Winds, left on Treasure Island Rd, left on Macalla Rd., left onto Bay Bridge (I-80
West) on-ramp to Salesforce Transit Center.
Outbound to Treasure Island
From the Salesforce Transit Center, to the Bay Bridge to Yerba Buena Island off-ramp, Macalla Rd., right on Treasure Island Rd., right on Clipper Cove to terminal.
Note
The Salesforce Transit Center stop varies by time of day:
- 6:20 a.m. to 12 midnight: Use Bay 29 on the third level bus deck.
- 12:20 a.m. to 6 a.m.: Use Bay E at the street level bus plaza.
