Start date: Nov. 15, 2009 End date: Dec. 27, 2009 Area affected: Various Shopping Areas Holiday Carpool Parking Validation Program (Ride with More, Park for Less)Happy Holidays! Free Parking One hour free parking with three occupants per vehicle. Program is effective Nov. 15, 2009, through Dec. 27, 2009, for vehicles entering participating garages between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Employees will validate qualified carpool participants. The Civic Center Garage is participating in this program on Saturdays and Sundays only; the other seven garages are participating seven days a week.
