Please use the following 311 San Francisco Customer Service Center forms to make a transit shelter maintenance request. Be sure to fill in the form as shown below:

Request Transit shelter/Transit Platform Cleaning
For the Object field, choose "Transit Shelter/Platform"

Report Damaged Transit Shelter (includes broken glass or other potential hazards)
For the Nature of Request field, choose "Transit Shelter/Platform"

Report Graffiti on a Transit Shelter
