Reserve Your Parking Spot in a City-Owned Parking Garage

The SFMTA now offers online reservations for most city-owned parking garages. Garages are located throughout San Francisco, including near the San Francisco Ballet, Opera, Symphony, entertainment, shopping venues and hotels. You can reserve a parking space for appointments, dining or events up to six months in advance. City garage rates are typically lower than those of private garages. Reservations can be changed or canceled online up to the start time of your booking.  

How to Reserve Parking in an SFMTA Garage

You can reserve parking by creating an account or as a guest user. Creating an account gives you access to online reservation management, including the ability to make changes and cancel reservations online.

1. Go to the website of our secure reservation partner, SKIDATA.
2. Select your preferred garage, date and time. For details about amenities, operating hours and contact information, click “Details” under each garage.
3. Choose your reservation method:
   1. Create an account (recommended). With an account, you can manage, change, or cancel your reservation online at any time before your reservation begins, making updates easy and immediate.
   2. Or, reserve as a guest. Guest users can make a reservation but must contact the garage directly by phone or email to change or cancel it. Online management is not available for guest reservations.
4. Pay securely online. A confirmation email with instructions will be sent within minutes.

Note: All garage reservations are subject to availability. Reservations are not available at Music Concourse (coming soon), 16th & Hoff, and Pierce Street parking garages, or at any city surface parking lots.
