TO: San Francisco Taxi Drivers, Color Schemes and Medallion Holders

Please be advised that the Taxi stand located at Marriott Marquis “55” 4th Street has generated complaints regarding driver behavior.
The complaints involve:
- General rudeness to hotel staff
- Leaving cabs unattended
- Blocking the adjacent white zone, fire hydrant and loading dock – No staging in these zones
- Double parking when the stand is full
- Driver conflicts with each other
- Short fare refusals
SFMTA enforcement staff will increase presence in the area to monitor compliance.
If conditions do not improve, the stand may be removed by the hotel.
