1. 22nd Avenue between California Street and Lake Street – Extending the Length of a Green Zone

Per the request of the sponsoring pet store this extension would better serve their customers conducting quick shopping trips.
2. Laguna Street between Lombard Street and Chestnut Street – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, 5-MINUTE LIMIT, 8AM TO 10AM and 3:30PM TO 5:30PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

A daycare has requested curb access for drop-off and pickup hours.
3. Taylor Street between Washington Street and Clay Street – Establishing a Commercial Loading Zone

A restaurant has requested access for commercial loading during early business hours.
4. Fern Street between Van Ness Avenue and Polk Street – Establishing a Commercial Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – METERED YELLOW ZONE, COMMERCIAL LOADING, 30-MINUTE LIMIT, 7AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
“100” Fern Street, north side, from 40 feet to 98 feet west of Polk Street (58-foot zone), Lower Nob Hill, Supervisor District 3, Ellen Robinson, ellen.robinson@sfmta.com
This proposal adds a metered commercial loading zone between the two sidewalk bulbs on the north side of Fern Street, to allow daytime loading and nighttime parking where it will not impede emergency access.
5. Hyde Street between Bush Street and Sutter Street – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone

A community organization providing mental health services has requested a passenger loading zone to service clients being picked up and dropped off. A historical commercial loading zone that is no longer needed would be removed and returned to general parking.
6. 14th Avenue between Irving Street and Judah Street – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, 5-MINUTE LIMIT, 7AM TO 9AM AND 3PM TO 6PM, SCHOOL DAYS

A preschool has requested curb access for drop-off and pickup hours.
7. Eureka Street between 17th Street and Market Street – Converting Short-Term Parking to a General Loading Zone and Extending the Days

Per the request of the sponsoring corner store, changing their existing green zone to a general loading zone would better meet their customers’ needs.
8. Mission Street between 18th Street and 19th Street – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, 5-MINUTE LIMIT, 9AM TO 7PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND 9AM TO 1PM, SATURDAY
2285 Mission Street, east side, from 60 feet to 80 feet north of 19th Street at parking meter stall number 2241 (20-foot zone), Mission, Supervisor District 9, Curb Access, ccp@sfmta.com.
The applicant has requested a passenger loading zone to serve children being picked up and dropped off at their facility which provides social playgroups for children on the autism spectrum.
9. Connecticut Street between 18th Street and 19th Street – Changing the Hours of a Commercial Loading Zone

The days and hours of a historical yellow zone would be updated to better match the current business fronting this space.
10. 29th Street between Tiffany Street and San Jose Avenue – Establishing a Commercial Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – METERED YELLOW ZONE, COMMERCIAL LOADING, 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
80 29th Street, north side, from 21 feet to 43 feet west of Tiffany Stret at meter stall number 36 (22-foot zone), Mission, Supervisor District 9, Curb Access, ccp@sfmta.com.
The proposed yellow zone would provide space for trucks to load and unload goods to nearby businesses, residents, and the UPS store.
11. Oliver Street between Mission Street and Brunswick Street – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, 5-MINUTE LIMIT, 7:30AM to 10AM AND 3PM TO 5:30PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

The proposed passenger loading zone would serve a new daycare facility and provide a safe space for children to be picked up and dropped off.

The changes below have been approved or withdrawn for further evaluation. Items forwarded for implementation by directive constitute a Final SFMTA Decision. Final SFMTA Decisions, whether made by the City Traffic Engineer or the SFMTA Board, can be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to Ordinance 127-18.
