- From 11:46 p.m. to 1:40 a.m., the 91 3rd Street/19th Avenue Owl Route routed around Third Street and Revere Avenue due to police activity.
- From 11:50 a.m. to 1:03 p.m., the T Third Line was delayed at the Fourth Street Bridge in both directions due to signal issue. The 15 Bayview Hunters Point Express Route supported service.
- From 11:14 to 11:59 a.m., the 14 Mission, 14 Mission Rapid, 22 Fillmore, and 49 Van Ness/ Mission routes routed around Mission and 16th streets due to fire department activity.
- From 8:37 to 11:35 a.m., the westbound L Taraval Line switched back at Sunset Boulevard due to a Muni-involved collision. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 7:09 to 11:00 a.m., the northbound 56 Rutland Route routed around Rutland Street and Raymond Avenue due to fire department activity.
- From 6:03 to 6:35 a.m., the westbound 31 Balboa Route routed around Balboa Street and 16th Avenue due to police activity.
- From 12:35 to 1:50 a.m., the 5 Fulton Route routed around Fulton Street and Arguello Boulevard due to police activity.
Thursday, July 30
- From 3:25 to 5:14 p.m., the northbound 19 Polk Route was routed around De Haro and 19th streets due to a disabled big rig truck.
- From 7:23 to 9:03 a.m., the westbound N Judah was delayed at Judah Street and 47th Avenue due to a downed overhead wire. Westbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and Sunset Boulevard. Bus shuttles support N Line service.
Tuesday, July 28
- From 3:05 to 4:07 p.m., the southbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Beach and Grant streets due to a stalled streetcar. Northbound F streetcars switched back at Ferry Plaza. Bus shuttles supported F Line service.
Monday, July 27
- From 4:59 to 6:00 p.m., the westbound N Judah Line was delayed at King and Second streets due to a Muni-invovled collision. Eastbound N trains were switched back on The Embarcadero at Harrison Street. Bus shuttles support N Line service.
- From 4:32 to 5:03 p.m., the northbound Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was blocked at Jackson and Mason streets by a disabled automobile on the tracks.
- From 3:19 to 4:22 p.m., the northbound 12 Folsom/Pacific Route routed around Pacific Avenue and Stockton Street due to a stalled vehicle.
- From 3:03 to 5:07 p.m. due to police activity at Market and Jones streets, the 5 Fulton Rapid, 7 Haight/Noriega, and 9 San Bruno Rapid routes were routed around the area in both directions. The eastbound F Market & Wharves Line switched back at Market and 11th streets while southbound F streetcars were switched back at the Ferry Plaza.
- From 10:08 to 11:50 a.m., the southbound 19 Polk and 48 Quintara/24th Street routes routed around Wisconsin and 26th streets due to construction.

- From 3:37 to 4:55 p.m., the 12 Folsom/Pacific Route routed around Folsom and 12th streets due to police activity.
- From 10:14 to 10:50 a.m., the westbound California Cable Car Line was delayed at California Street and Grant Avenue due to mechanical issues.
Thursday, July 23
- From 9:31 to 10:08 a.m., the M Ocean View Line was delayed in both directions due to a signal issue at 19th and Holloway avenues. M trains routed over the K Ingleside in both directions. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 8:55 to 9:45 a.m., the eastbound 54 Felton Route routed around Mt. Vernon Avenue and Louisburg Street due to PG&E activity blocking the street.
Wednesday, July 22
- From 9:53 to 10:24 a.m., the 54 Felton Route routed around Ingalls Street and Van Dyke Avenue in both directions due to police activity.
- From 7:44 to 9:29 a.m., the eastbound 5R Fulton Rapid Route routed around the Salesforce Transit Center terminal and the F Market & Wharves Line was delayed in both directions at Don Chee Way and Steuart Street due to downed overhead line and a loss of overhead power. Eastbound F streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 3:47 to 4:37 p.m., the Muni Market Street Subway was delayed in both directions due to a system control issue. Bus shuttles supported service.

- From 11:49 a.m. to 2:50 p.m., the southbound 27 Bryant Route routed around Jones and O'Farrell streets due to fire department activity.
- From 11:46 a.m. to 12:31 p.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around O'Farrell and Jones streets due to fire department activity.

- From 10:52 to 11:29 p.m., the southbound K Ingleside Line was blocked at Ocean and Jules avenues by an automobile on the trackway.
Wednesday, July 15
- From 8:30 to 9:33 p.m., the northbound Powell-Hyde and Powell-Mason Cable Car lines were delayed at Powell and Jackson streets due to an automobile on the trackway.
- From 8:50 to 9:35 a.m., the northbound T Third Street Line was delayed at Third Street and Oakdale Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 9:13 to 10:00 p.m., the Powell/Hyde and Powell/Mason cable car lines were not in service due to a cable strand alarm. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 6:45 to 7:19 p.m., the eastbound 29 Sunset Route was routed around Bill Walsh Way and Ingerson Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 3:49 to 5:39 a.m., the 38 Geary Route routed around Geary and Leavenworth streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 6:20 to 6:55 p.m., the 22 Fillmore, 33 18th Street/Ashbury. and 55 Dogpatch routes were routed around 16th and Shotwell streets due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 3:11 to 4:10 p.m., the 23 Monterey, 24 Divisadero, and 44 O'Shaughnessy routes were routed around Palou Avenue and Phelps Street in both directions due to fire department activity.

- From 9:52 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following day, the northbound 9 San Bruno and 90 San Bruno Owl routes routed around Division Street and Potrero Avenue due to construction activity.
Sunday, July 5
- From 10:09 to 10:39 p.m., the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Divisadero and Sutter streets in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 9:42 to 10:30 a.m., the 18 46th Avenue Route routed around 46th Avenue and Noriega Street in both directions due to emergency services blocking.
- From 6:35 to 7:18 a.m., the northbound Powell/Hyde and both directions of the California cable car lines were delayed due to an illegally parked automobile at Jackson Street between Mason and Taylor streets. Hyde Line cable cars routed via the Powell/Mason Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 6:06 to 7:04 a.m., the 5 Fulton Route routed around Fulton Street and 28th Avenue in both directions due to police activity.

- From 10:30 p.m. to 2:51 a.m. the following day, the 22 Fillmore Route routed around 16th Street between Guerrero and Valencia streets in both direction due to police activity.
