Transportation Review Fees

The SFMTA collects fees for staff costs related to the review of development projects. The Planning Department informs applicants during the Project Application review process if they must pay these fees. Applicants must pay required fees directly to the SFMTA according to the following table:

Note: FY26 covers the period between July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

Please mail the check(s) with a letter that indicates project address, case number, and fee name(s). If there are two SFMTA fees, please write out separate checks for each fee.
