- From 12:22 to 12:59 p.m., the westbound K Ingleside Line was delayed at Ocean Avenue and Westgate Drive due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 12:21 to 1:15 p.m., the N Judah Line was delayed at Carl and Cole streets in both directions due to a downed tree. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 7:28 to 11:26 a.m., the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Divisadero and Pine streets in both directions due to police activity.
Thursday, February 19
- From 11:23 p.m. until the end of service, the westbound L Taraval Line was delayed at 46th Avenue between Wawona and Vicente streets due to a Muni-involved collision.
- From 2:06 to 2:41 p.m., the southbound 29 Sunset Route routed around Lincoln Boulevard and Bowley Street due to a downed tree.
- From 11:21 a.m. to 4:07 p.m., both directions of the 29 Sunset Route routed around Crossover Drive and Park Presidio Bypass Drive due to a traffic signal issue and heavy traffic.
Wednesday, February 18
- From 7:25 until the end of service, the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was out of service due to an electrical issue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 3:52 to 5:41 p.m., the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to an electrical issue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 9:59 to 11:00 a.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a slot blade deployment at California and Hyde streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 8:46 to 10:27 a.m., both directions of the 18 46th Avenue and 31 Balboa routes routed around Cabrillo Street between 46th and 47th avenues due to PG&E work.
Tuesday, February 17
- From 9:15 to 11:28 p.m., the southbound 29 Sunset Route routed around Mansell and Goettingen streets due to a downed tree.
- From 12:49 to 1:29 p.m., the eastbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Market and Octavia streets due to a non-Muni collision. Westbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.
- From 10:48 a.m. until the end of service, the Powell/Mason Cable Car Line was out of service due to a damaged cable. Powell/Mason cable cars routed via the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Monday, February 16
- From 4:58 to 6:00 p.m., both directions of the J Church and N Judah lines were delayed due to a track switch issue near Duboce Portal. Eastbound J Church trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets. Eastbound N Judah trains switched back at Duboce Avenue and Fillmore Street. Westbound N trains switched back at Church Station. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 2:17 to 4:10 p.m., the eastbound K Ingleside, L Taraval, and M Ocean View lines were delayed due to a signal issue at West Portal Station. Bus shuttles supported line service in both directions.
- From 10:36 to 11:25 a.m., both directions of the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line switched back at Washington and Powell streets due to a disabled cable car at Powell and California streets.

- From 3:52 to 4:30 p.m., the northbound Powell/Mason Cable Car Line was delayed on Jackson Street between Powell and Mason streets due to an illegally parked auto on the trackway. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 3:44 to 4:51 p.m., both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route routed around 26th Street between Castro and Noe streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 3:01 to 3:50 p.m., the eastbound 31 Balboa Route routed around Turk Street between Mason and Taylor streets due to fire department activity.
Saturday, February 14
- From 6:22 to 10:30 p.m., the southbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cable Car Lines switched back at Washington and Powell streets due to traffic congestion. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 6:17 to 10:00 p.m., the T Third Street Line was delayed at Bayshore Boulevard and Arleta Avenue in both directions due to a non-Muni collision. Bus shuttles supported service.

- From 5:25 to 6:41 p.m., the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Hyde and Beach streets in both directions due to a turntable issue. Bus shuttles supported service.
- From 1:05 to 1:54 p.m., the northbound 19 Polk Route routed around De Haro and 17th streets due to fire department activity.
Thursday, February 12
- From 9:19 p.m. until the end of service, the California Cable Car Line was out of service due to an electrical issue.
- From 1:00 to 2:25 p.m., due to a protest march, Muni Market Street bus service was routed via Mission Street between Steuart and Larkin streets in both directions. The southbound F Market and Wharves Line was switched back at the Ferry. Eastbound F streetcars held their positions.

- From 12:33 to 2:10 p.m., both directions of the California, Powell/Mason, and Powell/Hyde cable car lines were delayed due to a cable issue at Powell and California streets. Southbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde cable cars switched back at Washington and Powell streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 11:05 to 11:40 a.m., both directions of the California Cable Car Line were delayed due to a cable strand alarm at California and Front streets.

- From 9:18 to 10:10 a.m., the 19 Polk and 48 Quintara/24th Street routes routed around Wisconsin and 25th streets in both directions due to furniture on the street.

- From 11:01 p.m. to 12:20 a.m. the next morning, both directions of the 44 O'Shaughnessy Route routed around Silver Avenue between Quesada and Revere avenues due to an illegally parked truck blocking.
- From 5:28 to 6:45 p.m., both directions of the California Cable Car Line were delayed due to heavy traffic near California and Mason streets.
- From 5:27 to 7:27 a.m., both directions of the N Judah Line were delayed due to downed overhead line on The Embarcadero at Folsom Street. Eastbound N trains switched back at Embarcadero Station. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 4:14 to 6:43 p.m., the 22 Fillmore, 28 19th Avenue, and 91 3rd Street/19th Avenue routes routed around Lombard and Steiner streets in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 3:55 to 4:45 p.m., the southbound 24 Divisadero Route routed around Divisadero and Haight streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 3:49 to 5:36 p.m., the 44 O’Shaughnessy Route routed around Silver and Quesada avenues in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 11:03 to 11:40 a.m., the 31 Balboa Route routed around Turk Boulevard and Broderick Street in both directions due to police activity.

- From 4:32 to 5:25 p.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Market and Second streets due to a disabled coach. Southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry.
- From 2:20 to 3:52 p.m., the L Taraval Line was blocked at Taraval Street and 32nd Avenue in both directions by fir department activity. Westbound L trains were switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue. Bus shuttles supported L Line service.
